About Habit Coaching

Did you know that you are already great at creating habits?

Take a look at an average week and you'll see that you likely do a lot of the same things, at the same time, even in the same place. You are, as they say, a creature of habit.

At Habit Office, we've perfected a habit coaching methodology to help you tap into your innate ability to create change and lock in new behaviors.

Our process extends far beyond the typical Trigger - Routine - Reward model.

We work with our clients one-on-one to discover their unique approach to change, including unlocking their individual Habit Scaffolding.

What's Habit Scaffolding, you ask? It's the strategic system of habit helpers we each use to support our new behaviors as they're on their way to becoming automated. You can think of it like the scaffolding a builder uses to hold a building in place as it's growing.

You are already using Habit Scaffolding now and we bet you didn't even know it!
