How Habit Coaching Works

Our goal with every client is to help them do whatever they do BETTER. Our clients finish our habit coaching programs with new and unshakable habits, but also with an entirely new outlook on and confidence in their ability to change their own behavior. This outlook combined with our methodology means our clients continue to make positive changes long after the program is completed. 

Here's how we work:

STEP ONE

During our first Zoom call, you do a thorough download of what's working and not working at work. We explore the behaviors you want to change, start or eliminate, and we identify your goals for your program. This initial calls helps us create the roadmap for all the weeks to come. We initially meet for about 90 minutes. 

STEP TWO

We begin running behavior change experiments, which is a fancy way of saying that you make attempts at new habits and then we meet weekly to assess what worked and what didn't. We become curious habit researchers, using your observations to methodically fine-tune your approach. Each week, we discuss your results and make modifications. These weekly Zoom sessions are usually 30 minutes.  

STEP THREE

You spend five to six weeks working on 3-4 new habits. We finish with a 30-minute assessment call to digest what you've learned and how you can continue to apply your unique approach to behavior change and habit-building to any and every area of your life. Once you've learned your "secret sauce" for changing, you can continue making positive changes everywhere. 

FAQ

Q: Are sessions private or in a group setting? 

A: When you purchase our individual programs, they are private. You will be getting one-on-one habit coaching. Everything shared in our coaching programs and with our coaches is held in the strictest of confidence. 

Q: Can our calls be recorded? 

A: Sort of. We can provide a summary and transcript of the call, but not a video or audio recording. 

Q: Can I have my colleague join me on my calls? 

A: If you and a teammate do similar things and struggle with similar challenges, it might make sense to have us all meet together. There would be a 50% up-charge for adding a second person.

Q: For the team program, how many people are on the call?

A: We recommend having no more than 4 people join the team program together. Weekly check-in calls may need to extend to 60 minutes. 

Q: Can your team do any in-person work with our office?

A: Yes. You can connect with us here to inquire about on-site workshops and group coaching. 

Q: Can I do more than one program?

A: You can do every program we offer, just not at the same time (unless you're Hercules). 

Q: I'd like to do a program based around personal habits, such as health and wellness goals. Can you assist with that?
